Control Room

Real-time delivery monitoring – from order to report

Manage orders, carriers, statuses and exceptions in a single operational view. &UP® Dispatch Centre helps teams make decisions faster, respond to SLA risks and reduce manual coordination of deliveries.

They have placed their trust in us

The &UP® control centre helps operational teams to:

  • view order statuses in real time
  • manage carrier availability
  • monitor the load on the zones
  • respond to delays and exceptions
  • report on the course of the working day
Features

Key features of the module

Order intake and categorization

Automatic receipt of orders from higher-level systems, with verification of their correctness and feasibility. Categorisation is carried out according to defined criteria:

  • Location and operational region
  • Delivery type and service standard
  • Volume and cargo specifications
  • Customer priorities and ETA requirements

Real-time operational visibility

An operational map showing the locations of all carriers and vehicles, as well as the status of each order, updated in real time from drivers’ mobile apps and GPS systems.

Automatic order assignment

The algorithm assigns orders to the most suitable carriers in real time. Assignment criteria:

  • Carrier and order location
  • Current fleet workload
  • Driver’s qualifications and vehicle type
  • Customer time slots and ETA requirements

Exception and incident handling

Alerts regarding incidents affecting the SLA, together with predefined response procedures, enable typical situations to be resolved without the need for telephone contact with field staff. The system handles, amongst other things, delays, vehicle breakdowns, customer absences and failed deliveries.

Region and zone management

Allocating orders to defined operational areas based on geolocation data. Ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of fleet deployment in relation to the order structure and the expected SLA level.

Areas of management

The &UP® platform’s coordination layer

The control centre integrates data from key areas of operations.

This enables operational teams to work from a single view of the situation, rather than having to piece together information from multiple systems and communication channels.

The process

How does it work?

See what the workflow looks like.

  • 1

Orders are sent to the system via an API from an e-commerce platform, an ERP system or a customer portal.

  • 2

The algorithm allocates them automatically, taking into account the location, workload and expertise of the carriers.

  • 3

The dispatcher monitors progress on the operational map and intervenes in exceptional circumstances.

  • 4

The system records any deviations in actual performance from the plans and generates a daily operational report.
