Features

Key features of the module

Booking orders and fleet schedule

Viewing available orders in accordance with the contract, accepting them with the allocation of a vehicle and driver, or rejecting them with a reason. The fleet calendar, synchronised with central &UP® data, allows the carrier to plan operations without the risk of resource conflicts.

The carrier can view the full details of each journey: reference number, type of consignment (LTL/FTL), range, distance, volume and cut-off time for notification.

Self-service carrier profile management

Real-time, self-managed updating of carrier data, without involving the client’s logistics team:

  • Registration of new organisational units and vehicles
  • Adding and updating driver details
  • Submission of transport licences, certificates and insurance policies
  • Updating the contact details of operational staff

Generating transport documents

Automatic generation of a complete set of documents based on an approved order. All files are available for download in PDF format directly from the portal:

  • Domestic and international consignment notes
  • Loading and unloading notes
  • Customs documents for shipments outside the EU
  • Operational instructions tailored to the specific nature of the order

Delivery bookings from the portal

Submitting notifications directly via the portal, with automatic reminders of upcoming deadlines.

Cargo details, arrival times and vehicle registration numbers are sent to the client’s warehouse system, where they are automatically verified for accuracy.

Order fulfillment monitoring

Real-time tracking of the status of each order from the start to the end of the journey. Integration with the vehicle’s GPS and the driver’s mobile app ensures full visibility in both directions:

  • Status updates at every stage of implementation
  • Reporting of road incidents, breakdowns and delays
  • Documentation of incidents in the form of photographs and descriptions
  • Real-time location data

Claims and issue management

Submitting complaints and reporting issues directly in the context of a specific order. Automatic escalation of the matter to the client’s logistics team, with status tracking until the matter is resolved.

The process

How does it work?

See what the workflow looks like.

  • 1

Orders from the &UP® system are automatically sent to the Portal assigned to a specific carrier.

  • 2

The carrier accepts the order, assigns a vehicle and a driver, and the system generates a full set of documents.

  • 3

During the journey, the carrier reports the status and any incidents, whilst GPS data is fed into the system in real time.

  • 4

Once a job has been completed, the portal compiles the documentation, handles complaints and forwards the data for settlement.
