The process

How does it work?

Receipt of packaging

Consumers return their packaging at a manual collection point or an RVM machine.
Verification and voucher

The system checks the EAN code and generates a refund voucher to be used in-store.
Bag registration

The station assigns the packages to a bag, scans the seal and seals it for onward transport.
Collection request

Once the specified minimum has been reached, the system automatically forwards the order for fulfilment.
Point settlement

Once verified at the counting centre, the portal provides a breakdown of the handling fee together with a detailed statement.
