Automation of financial flows

The settlement module is responsible for handling all financial flows within the deposit-refund system – between manufacturers, collection points and logistics operators. Operational data is automatically converted into settlements, accounting documents and financial statements.

The system eliminates the need for manual data processing and enables very large volumes of transactions to be handled quickly and consistently.

The process

How does it work?

Retrieving operational data

The system collects data from the manufacturer’s portal, return points, logistics and the counting centre.
Calculation of charges

The module applies the rates specified in the contracts and calculates deposits, producer fees, handling fees and clearing fees.
Document generation

Based on the calculated values, the system generates invoices, credit notes and detailed settlement statements.
Synchronisation with ERP

Financial data and documents are transferred to participants’ ERP systems, such as Oracle Financials and Microsoft Dynamics.
Disclosure of accounts and audit

Participants receive documents containing details of the transactions via their portals. Each settlement can be traced from an individual transaction to a summary document.

Automatic generation of statements

Financial documents are generated automatically, based on system data.

Elimination of financial errors

The absence of manual data entry reduces the risk of errors and discrepancies.

Faster cash flow

Statements are available immediately after the transaction is completed.

Full history and auditability
