The process
How does it work?

Carrying out the operation
A collection point employee, courier or customer carries out a task in the app tailored to their role.

Data validation
The app checks the EAN code, security seal, voucher or consignment note as soon as it is scanned.

Synchronisation with the platform
The data is sent to the central system in real time or automatically once the connection is re-established.

Process updates
Statuses are forwarded to the relevant areas of the platform, including the Waypoint Portal, Logistics and Billing.

Visibility of operations
The operator receives an up-to-date overview of the activities taking place at collection points, during transport and on the consumer side.
