Inspection of the contents of multi-package consignments and pallets

Full content tracking for complex, multi-parcel consignments and consolidated pallets. The system ensures that all items in an order remain together throughout the subsequent stages of the process, thereby eliminating one of the most common causes of complaints at the sorting centre:

• Registering each parcel as part of a multi-parcel order
• Completeness check before release to the next stage
• Alerts regarding the splitting of parcels from the same order

Route optimisation and linear transport

Planning of freight transport between sorting centres, hubs and branches. Route optimisation takes into account the network structure, turnaround times and the SLAs for individual services.

Organisation of freight operations

Management of loading, unloading and transit times for freight between network hubs:

• Schedule for loading and unloading at the loading bays
• Monitoring of vehicle service times
• Coordination with the Yard Management module regarding carrier notifications

Comprehensive management of warehouse processes in the sorting centre – from goods receipt, through preparation for further distribution, to the handling of returns. Every operation is recorded in the system in real time and is accessible to the Dispatch Centre and other modules of the platform.

Reporting and monitoring of deadlines

Ongoing monitoring of operation progress, including a delay risk alert system. The sorting centre operator and the dispatcher can see at all times which stages of the process are critical and require intervention:
