Kaucja.pl and Omecon have jointly built a deposit return system in Poland
Kaucja.pl – Krajowy System Kaucyjny S.A. – is one of the first companies in Poland to prepare for the full implementation of a deposit return system. The company was established by the largest beverage producers in Poland: Coca-Cola HBC Polska, Colian, Grupa Maspex, Nałęczów Zdrój, Nestlé Polska, Oshee Polska, PepsiCo Polska, Red Bull, Van Pur, Zbyszko Company, and Żywiec Zdrój.
In cooperation with Omecon, the proprietary &UP® platform – fully meeting DRS functionalities – was implemented and became the digital foundation of the deposit return system. The solution enabled comprehensive packaging tracking, automated settlements, and integration with partners and logistics operators.
